Terms and Conditions:
1. For special room rates, room reservations must be made through Indian Holiday Options, the assigned agent for the Mirchandani/Merchant wedding.
2. Room rates are inclusive of breakfast and taxes, 3. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of this completed form and confirmation email from Indian Holiday Options.
4. Any additional incidental charges are to be settled upon guest check-out of the hotel. The hotel will require your credit card at the time of check-in.
5. All reservations require credit card details to guarantee rooms and/or transport.
6. As special rates are being provided to guests, any no shows or cancellations that occur after 01 Oct 2010 will be charged for.
7. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
8. Request for early check-in before 2:00 PM will be confirmed at the hotel's discretion and a fee may apply.
9. Request for a late check-out after 12:00 PM will be confirmed at the hotel's discretion and a fee may apply.
