Terms & Conditions

All tours and transfers are on SIC basis unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.

All sightseeing transfers if included are from/to city centre.

Rates and services are subject to availability at time of booking.

Scan copies of passports required to process the bookings.

Original Passports, Photographs and documents as required for Visa processing.

Visa applications as per visa clause.

Airline tickets are issued as per airline policy.

For Visa - It is travelers' responsibility to provide the required documents required by the Embassy / High Commission for visa application including a valid passport.

Grant of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy / high commission. India Holiday Options have no role in grant of any visa.

Cancellation Policy

Flights : Airline terms of booking, cancellations and refunds will apply. Indian Holiday Options will charge Rs.1,000 or 2% of the cost of flight, whichever higher, over and above the airline charges
Internal Travel : Any internal travel viz. internal flights, trains, bus, ferries will be non- refundable, once booked

Ground Package :
0-30 days from tour start date : 100% Cancellation Charges
30-45 days from tour start date : 50% Cancellation Charges
45-60 days from tour start date : 30% Cancellation Charges
60 days or above from tour start date : 15% Cancellation Charges
Indian Holiday Options is a Travel Agency and any cancellations/modifications and/or charges thereof, will be subject to the final discretion of our suppliers. Any charges for foreign remittance/card charges, difference is cross border currency conversion will be in addition to charges mentioned above. The decision of Indian Holiday Options will be final and binding. Disputes, if any, subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction

In order to serve you better and provide you the services, we reserve the right to share your necessary information with our vendors, service providers and other counterparts.

Refund Policy

Any refunds will be in form of credit note and will be issued within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

The credit note maybe redeemed against any future travel bookings within 1 year of issue of the credit note.
