Terms and Conditions

• Pick up from hotels starts 07:00 PM onwards
• Re-confirmation will be provided by calling / faxing the guest’s hotel a night before the tour
• Travelers must bring voucher to departure location and hand it to the tour operator.
• Guests are requested to be ready at the reception desk of their hotel min. 15 minutes before departure time
• Drivers are not instructed to wait guests who miss their pick up
• Cancellation is not possible in the last 72 hours
• There will be no refund for any unused portion of any tour program
